Keystone Construction began with a small framing crew in Brampton and a simple conviction: the trades that get hidden behind drywall matter just as much as the finishes everyone sees. Nearly two decades later, that conviction still runs the company.
We build and renovate across Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Caledon and Toronto — kitchens, basements, bathrooms, whole-home transformations, commercial fit-outs and ground-up custom construction. Every project is run by an in-house team, backed by vetted licensed trades, and documented from permit to punch list.

Every Keystone project runs the same disciplined sequence, whether it is a powder room in Brampton or a custom build in Caledon.

Consultation
Day 1–3We walk the space with you, measure, photograph, and talk through budget honestly before anything is drawn. You leave the meeting knowing what your project realistically costs in today's GTA market.

Planning
Week 1–3Drawings, material selections, a fixed line-item quote and a dated schedule. We submit permits and coordinate engineering so your build is approved before demolition begins.
03
Construction
Main phaseProtected floors, dust barriers and a supervised crew from day one. Demolition, structure, rough-ins, insulation, drywall and finishes — sequenced so no trade waits on another, with a written update every week.
04
Inspection
MilestonesMunicipal inspections at framing, rough-in and final, plus our own internal quality check at each milestone. Anything that is not right gets corrected before the next trade covers it.

Completion
HandoverA joint walkthrough, a deficiency list closed out in days rather than months, a professional clean, and your warranty documents in hand. We call you again at the 12-month mark.

We had three quotes for our basement and Keystone was the only one who explained the permit and egress requirements before we signed. Nine weeks later we had a legal second unit, and the final invoice matched the quote to the dollar.
Our kitchen and living room were opened into one space, which meant a structural beam and a lot of coordination. The crew protected the rest of the house, cleaned up daily, and the drywall finish is flawless under our pot lights. Rare to find that level of care.
We renovated our clinic in phases so we could stay open. Keystone worked nights, hit every milestone, and dealt with the building inspector directly. As a business owner, not having to manage trades myself was worth every dollar.

Ask Us DirectlyNo. On-site consultations and written estimates are free anywhere in Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Caledon and Toronto. For larger custom builds that require design work or engineering, we quote that portion separately and tell you up front.
We are based at 1 Marchbank Crescent in Brampton and work throughout the Greater Toronto Area — Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Toronto, Etobicoke, Caledon, Oakville, Milton, Georgetown, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill and Markham.
Yes. Keystone Construction carries comprehensive general liability insurance and WSIB coverage for our crews, and we are licensed to pull permits in the municipalities we serve. Certificates are available before your project starts — just ask.
We do. Drawings, permit applications, engineering coordination and every municipal inspection are managed by your project manager. Structural work, basement second units and additions all require permits in Ontario, and we will never suggest skipping one.
As a guide: bathrooms run three to five weeks, kitchens six to ten, full basements eight to twelve, and whole-home renovations three to six months. Permit review time varies by municipality, so we build it into the schedule you receive at signing.
Payments are tied to completed milestones, not calendar dates, and the full schedule is written into your contract before work begins. Any change to scope is priced and signed off in writing first, so the final invoice never surprises you.
For most basement, bathroom and single-room projects, yes. We install dust barriers, protect floors and pathways, and keep working hours predictable. For full gut renovations we will tell you honestly which weeks are realistic to stay through and which are not.
